Minimum Orders: No minimum order is required.
Payment: We accept Visa, MasterCard, & Discover.
We will also accept personal checks or money orders. The total for these orders should be verified by phone with the shop before sending actual payment. Returned checks will be charged a fee of $30.
On-Line Ordering: You may place your order through our secure on-line shopping cart. If you prefer not to send payment information over the web, you can print a copy of the order from the website and fax it to 410-747-8043 or mail it to:

Privacy: All customer and payment information provided to us is confidential. No information or mailing lists will ever be provided or sold to a third party.
Returns: At this time due to COVID-19, there are no returns on merchandise with no exceptions.
Special Orders: If there is an item you can't find after searching our website, please e-mail or call us about your request. In the event that it is an item that we don't normally carry, we will make every effort to find and order it for you. Please remember, special orders are NOT returnable.
Shipping: Most orders will be shipped within 48 hours. If any items are out of stock, we will hold the balance of your order for approximately 14 days to enable us to ship your complete order. Orders will be shipped first class or priority, based on size, weight, and packaging. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed when you check out. If the cost is higher than what is actually quoted, you will be contacted prior to charging and sending your order.
